What is Ranked Visibility?
More and more customers ask an AI assistant who to hire. We check whether the AI names your business. If it doesn't, we show you how to fix it.
Who is it for?
Local businesses, like plumbers, electricians, roofers, HVAC pros and landscapers. If customers look for you by asking a question, this is for you.
Who is behind Ranked Visibility?
Ranked Visibility was founded by two college students who grew up working with their hands. Read more on our About us page.
What do you need from me to start?
Your business name, what kind of business it is, your city, and an email address to send your report to. Your website helps too, but you can leave that box blank.
Do I need a website?
A website helps, because part of the report checks what your own website says. If you don't have one, you can leave the website box blank. The report will still check whether AI names your business, but it can't check your website.
Do I need to understand AI or websites?
No. The report is written in plain English.

Is the first report really free?
Yes. The free report costs nothing and needs no card.
How long does the report take?
Within one business day. We email your report to you as soon as it's ready.
What's in the report?
Three scores, shown as simple wheels: how often an AI assistant names your business, how many of the facts AI needs your website states, and how many well-known directories list you. You can see an example on the samples page.
Which AI do you check?
We ask an AI assistant the questions your customers ask. Different assistants can give different answers, and answers can change from one day to the next, so a report is a snapshot of when we checked. It isn't a promise.
What do you do with my information?
We use it to make your report and to contact you about it. We don't sell it. Read our Privacy Policy for the details.
Plans and pricing
Is there a subscription?
The Free Report and the Fix Blueprint are one-time. Done For You is a one-time setup plus a monthly fee, with no long-term contracts.
What do I actually get with the Fix Blueprint?
A step-by-step guide with ready-made code and wording for every fix. You copy the code and paste it into your website. There is a before report and an after report so you can see the change, and a professional to answer your questions. It costs $300, one time.
What do I get with Done For You?
A professional does the work for you every month. We connect your website to our platform, built to help boost your ranking, and you get regular reports and meetings about your goals. It starts with a $120 one-time setup, then $250 a month, with no long-term contracts.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime. If you buy the Fix Blueprint and later move to Done For You, your Blueprint payment counts toward Done For You.

Will this get me more customers?
We can't promise that. AI assistants are made by other companies, and their answers change. We can show you where you stand and what to fix, but we can't guarantee any result. Our Terms say the same.
Refunds and cancelling
What if the Fix Blueprint isn't right?
Tell us within 5 days of getting it. We fix it first, and if it's still not right after that, we refund your payment. Read the Refund Policy.
How do I cancel Done For You?
Call us at 480-291-2632. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. The $120 setup fee is non-refundable.
