Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using this website and buying from Ranked Visibility ("we," "us"). By using the site, requesting a report or buying a plan, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We have tried to write them in plain English.
What we offer
- The Free Report. A short scorecard showing whether AI tools recommend your business, based on questions customers ask, a check of your own website, and a look at well-known directories.
- The Fix Blueprint ($300, one time). A step-by-step guide with ready-made code and wording for fixes, a before report and an after report, and access to a professional who answers your questions.
- Done For You ($120 one-time setup, then $250 a month). A professional does the work for you each month, including connecting your website to our platform, with regular reports and meetings about your goals.
The descriptions on our site are summaries. We may improve or change our plans and prices. A change will not affect something you have already paid for.
No guarantee of results
We do our best, but we cannot promise that any AI tool, search engine or directory will recommend or rank your business, or that your score will reach any level. AI answers change from one ask to the next and are controlled by companies we do not control. Our reports show what we found when we checked. Example businesses and numbers on our site are made up to show the format, and are not results from a real customer.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business.
- You must have the right to change the website you ask us to help with.
- Back up your website before you paste in any code. The Fix Blueprint is a guide, and you make the changes. If you'd rather not edit your site yourself, you can hand the code to the person who manages it. We are not responsible for problems caused by changes made to your website, whether by you or by someone else.
- Don't misuse the site, or try to disrupt it or access it in ways we haven't allowed.
Payments and cancelling
Our website doesn't take card payments. After you request a paid plan, we will contact you to confirm it and arrange payment. Prices are in US dollars.
You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. If you buy the Fix Blueprint and later move to Done For You, your Blueprint payment counts toward Done For You.
Done For You is billed monthly after the one-time setup fee. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel by calling us at 480-291-2632. How cancelling and refunds work is set out in our Refund Policy.
Our work and your use of it
Reports, guides and code we give you are for use on your own business. You may share them with the people who help run your website. Please don't resell them, or publish them as your own. We keep our rights in our website, our platform and our methods. Your business information stays yours.
Third parties
We rely on AI tools, directories and research from other companies. We don't control them, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Google or any other AI company. Statistics we quote come from the sources we link, and describe the groups they studied.
Limits on our responsibility
Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or lost-profit losses, or for losses from changes in AI tools or search results, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. Some places don't allow these limits, and then they apply only as far as the law permits. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the new terms.
