This policy explains what information Ranked Visibility ("we," "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We have tried to write it in plain English.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into our forms:
- Report and plan forms: your business name, website, business type, city and state, your first name, your phone number, your email address, and which plan you chose.
- Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number and business name, and your message.
The quiz on our site runs in your browser. We don't collect your quiz answers.
How we use it
- To create and deliver the report or plan you asked for.
- To contact you about your request, including to confirm a plan and arrange payment.
- To answer your questions.
We don't sell your information.
Where it is stored, and who else handles it
Form entries are saved in a Google Sheet that we control, using Google's services, so Google processes that information on our behalf. When you open any page, your browser also loads a font from Google Fonts, which means Google may receive your IP address and basic browser details.
If we share your information with anyone else, it will only be to carry out your request, such as a professional who helps with your plan. This site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this page.
Payments
This website does not collect credit card or bank details. If you buy a plan, we'll arrange payment with you separately.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide your report or plan and to follow up with you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. If you live somewhere with privacy laws that give you additional rights, such as California, let us know and we will honor valid requests. To make a request, use our contact page.
Children
This website is for business owners. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
